Completely different from the traditional toothed roll crushers, which crush the material by impacting and extruding, the FP series of forceful classifying crushers are new concept classifying crushers, which crush the material by the action of cutting and stretching together. Low-speed of revolution and special shape of tooth are adopted, making less over-crushing of material and oversize pieces. PF series has such advantages as high force crushing, large capability, less over-crushing of material and oversize pieces, ability of crushing wet and sticky material. With automatic controlling device, PF series can be incorporated into the controlling system of the factory conveniently. PF series mainly apply to crushing fragile-lump material in primary and secondary level in the industries of coal mining, electricity, mine, metallurgy and chemicals, such as coal-rocks and medium-hard rocks. If the machinery adopt the system of removing the steel and wood, they can crush the raw coal directly without pre-screening and pre-selecting, to simplify the process flows of crushing coal, lower the factory buildings, and reduce the construction and production cost of coal preparing plant and power plant.
