Aggregate Crushing Plant mainly includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, vertical impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyors and central electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 25t/h to 500t/h. According to customer's specific requirements, we can also collocate other equipments such as dust remover, rotary dryer, sand washer with the production line.

Process of stone production line:

Big stone materials are fed into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After this first step, materials will be transferred into impact crusher/cone crusher/vertical impact crusher by belt conveyors for secondary crush; The crushed materials will then be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts meeting standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other big parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirements. We can also collocate other devices like dust remover system to protect environment.
